seportal > data > database >
There is a mysql_default.sql
Import content into your mysql database over phpMyAdmin
Go to table seportal_users and edit user "admin" = user_id 1
user_password (Function MD5) in value put your plain text password then save

Edit config.new.php and save as config.php
Test your SePortal...
