Hello, where can i download the english language packs? I tried the languange packs under the download, but somehow there is no file to download. Please help. Thanks.

English language packs is in the lang directory.
Download SePortal,
http://www.seportal.org/downloads.php?action=showfile&id=1
Decompress the .zip archive to a local directory on your system and open;
seportal>lang>english
