1-Login into ACP (Admin Control Panel),
2-Click on "Settings" link on left,
3-Find "Allow using WYSIWYG Editor in messages",
4-Select "No",
5-Click on "Save changes" button.

- html editor works fine with Firefox (http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/).

It seems it is working better (not really ok) by using IE.
If you are using Fire fox, there are many strange problems. This is one of the examples posted by Firefox.
I try again the same input text as the above post. This time I am using IE. Let's see...
